Accommodation, Breakfast and dinner as per itinerary, transportation in Bhutan, licensed guide, and entry permits/visa.

International/domestic flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and services not mentioned in inclusions.

Deposited advance payment is non refundable.

The itinerary may be altered due to weather, safety concerns, natural calamities, or government regulations.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or extra costs caused by earthquakes, floods, landslides, or other natural disasters. Any additional expenses will be the client's responsibility.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of belongings.

We act as an agent for third-party service providers and are not responsible for injury, loss, or delays beyond our control.

Clients must ensure they carry valid passports & Original Voter ID(for Indian citizen), necessary permits, and comply with Bhutanese laws. Failure to do so may result in denied entry without any refund.
